    Real talk.
I think y’all need to post more of your meals. If it’s just me posting potato inspired content then people might get the idea that potatoes are actually really fucking amazing, which might increase their price, which I do not want.
    Any food content is welcome

      You should have asked sooner!

I did have a rather delicious burger, no potato involved.

You’re in luck because I cooked a potato dish tonight. Sorry no picture because it looked like a hot mess. It had par-boiled potatoes cubed, fried bacon, rice, cumin, paprika, broccoli, peas, onion tossed around in a large pot with oil. Served up with a fried egg on top. I named it the no chicken dance because it had a little bit of this and a little bit of that. Whack, whack, whack it in a pot.

Did it look better than my recent admissions? I imagine that is not difficult. Sounds like an olfactory orgasm though

Yummm. I’ve been thinking of making a mushroom risotto for a while now. I think this is a sign

No pic yet, but I’ve got some (soon to be) roasties in the oven, to have with salmon fillets in a pesto cream sauce.

I’m sorry, my defrosted Thai curry has sweet potato in it. The purple skinned kind, no less. Those silly orange ones could go up in price, but I want purple skinned ones (and even more so the white skinned purple fleshed ones) to remain affordable.

Omg steaming the purple sweet potatoes with skin on until it’s nice and soft then taking out and pulling off the skin and just eating is delish!

Yessss so comforting in the mornings. Jazz it up with a bit of chilli+onion+lime sambal and grated coconut, and you’ve got a banger of a breakfast. You can’t beat steamed sweet potatoes, best way to cook em

I mean sure you can jazz it up but it also taste good as is, without anything. Which is how I like it

Sorry all eaten! I had delicious spanakopita, and the large quantities of spinach definitely outweigh all of the pastry.

Too ordinary to post but since you asked, had pasta bolognese for dinner. Bow shape pasta. Then was still hungry so had Nutella on toast for dessert. No potato was involved.
