      When you ask for an ETA (estimated time of arrival) and they say, “I’ll let you know when I leave my place,” “30 minutes” or “I’ll let you know when I’m at x location on the way”. All wrong answers.

      The correct answer is “I should get there at 10.30 but I’ll let you know if anything changes”.

        Within my line of work ETAs are almost always “within the hour”.

      In office today and only member of my entire team. I’m surrounded by people I don’t know but starting to hate.

      Due to 6 or 7 coffees yesterday of which I lost count I’m totally wrecked today.

      And my package was delayed today and won’t arrive until tomorrow.
