I agree. The Miniest told me this year that she likes Halloween better. Everyone dressing up, the treats, the decorated houses, the generally partyish vibe, people wandering the streets being randomly friendly to each other, the lack of pressure… I actually found it hard to argue with her.
Marvel movies suck now. Endgame sucked! the whole thing was better when it was more grounded, not all this mystic space crap. it peaked with Avengers 1.
I’m going to upvote this for being an extremely hot take because I found Endgame to be one of the highlights of my movie-going life. I almost (maybe not almost) teared up when Cap caught Mjolnir. I do agree that nearly all films since then have been pretty poor.
