Very much so. Also less tolerant of excessive sugar too. Will make an exception for anchovies on pizza though. The grease I used to eat I couldn’t now. Still OK with butter and olive oil.

Trick is to nibble on the grease. Nothing extreme, just a little grease nibble.

Only milk products, it’s the lactose, it happened after I caught a mild gastro a few years ago . Otherwise I’m fine.

I feel like fatty food makes me sluggish and lazy feeling almost immediately.

Last time I had KFC which was ages ago after not having it for quite awhile made me feel a bit icky.

There’s so much grease in those things that even I felt it.

Hate to see what would happen if I tried it now.

      Some days yes.

I take Pantoprazole for reflux and indigestion.

I was saying this only last week. Even eating out has a lot more salt than I cook with usually, and I pay for it with the dry horrors all night into the next day.

Yep. Pizza for dinner means I wake at 3am with the thirst of 100 days in the desert.

I have less tolerance for vegetable/seed oil, but still load stuff up with butter and salt, and love fatty meats
