    I need a new pillow but I am confounded by the sheer choice. How does one go about actually choosing the right pillow in this year of our Lord 2024?

        That approach (or alternatively the one a physio sold me once) has been my go to for all of my adult life…but I made the mistake of going online and being overwhelmed. I might just nick down to Bed Bath and Table tomorrow and pick one at random…
