    So here’s the gossip.

    One of the remaining 3 (of which i am one) account managers resigned.

    So his clients get divided up between me and the other one.

            I have a better position to negotiate as they can’t just fire me on the spot.

            And now that I’m one of only 2 account managers it strengthens my bargaining position. This team should have 4 people. Not 2.

                I need to stay long enough to move house. It’s near impossible to be approved for a rental whilst on probation.

          Of course not! Just keep breathing, probation is nearly up!

          I found emails from a director here to customers advising that someone had left the business 2 hours before it was announced to staff.
