Edit: so far difference is noticeable. More social, less anxious.

I get the work thing. I’ll probably be doing a few hours tomorrow to ease the load that’s coming up.

So. I’ve been doing some trials with my adhd medication over the last 3 days.

It appears (testing tomorrow) that I have been taking almost double what I should have been taking.

I’ll know tomorrow.

It would explain the anxiety about nothing, the insane tenseness in my whole body, my random bouts of nervousness for no reason, amongst other things.

Guess we’ll see.

In other news, I’ve effectively done nothing the last 2 days except nap, eat, play and cuddle Fluffball.

Perfection.

Also, I think I solved my almost 12 months of broken sleep.

It’s the antidepressant. I feel stupid for not figuring it out sooner. So I’m not taking a 2nd tablet in the late afternoon and will see what happens.
