    In accordance with our “Try It. Love it. Or Your Money Back.” satisfaction guarantee, we encourage you to return the product, empty packaging or receipt of any Coles brand product you’re not happy with for a refund or replacement. This guarantee also applies to fresh produce and deli items.

    I wonder how many customers try to exploit this.

      Probably a few. They take your name down so if you become a frequent flyer you’d be flagged “on the system”. That’s how it used to be anyway.
