Nope. Mail client can’t see the bcc recipients to include

if people reply all to an email that BCC’d someone, does the response also BCC that person?

I’m barely important enough to be CC’d, let alone BCC’d

Don’t worry, if you get a job/career that uses email, BCC will be your very best friend :D
