Don’t let your dreams be dreams. Do you know what model you bought?

        Fender Bass VI

6 string “bass” that’s strung with higher strings and used as a guitar. Sounds mean as fuck in drop F or Drop G.

        It’s 800 so it isn’t a million bucks lol

I’ve got some gigs coming up with the new band so would be nice to have this.

Baritone guitars are very nice and a good bit of fun. At first I thought it was odd they weren’t more embraced by the metal community, but I guess that’s because they just went straight to seven strings.

            Exactly right.

Personally I prefer to stay in 6 strings so I don’t have to completely change my picking technique after 20 odd years.

The Bass VI sounds amazing from what I’ve heaed but will Defs be taking the helix with me to test it out.

So this is technically a bass, but it’s being used currently all over the place as a guitar with lighter gauge strings. Because of the build, it’s pretty much perfect for heavy, down tuned music!

This place doesn’t have one, but I reckon I can find one by next week

Thanks mate. It’s been a hell of a ride the last few months.

I used to solely play Gibson SG’s but I grabbed an Epiphone LP and it’s incredible. Feels so different. The weight distribution is better as well.

            Do you still play?

You’re absolutely doing the right thing. I was musical from a young age, but unfortunately that wasn’t really followed up on until I started singing and playing when I was 15. I think just having the stuff around would absolutely bring out that curiosity. And kids love making noise right? lol
