minus-squareMeanElevatorlinkfedilinkEnglisharrow-up3·1 year agoIf you find yourself getting too bloated, aniseed/fennel tea is good. I crush up fennel seeds and soak them in hot water with a bit ginger. The bloat and such does ease up eventually. The more you can poop, the better you’ll feel.
