minus-squareMeanElevatorlinkfedilinkEnglisharrow-up3·1 year agoGreen (for me at least) helps with digestion. Not sure about bloat. Peppermint might do the job. And green has caffeine in it too. If you’re finding coffee gets you a bit funky, perhaps stick to herbals for a bit and see how they work.
