Cheap smokes from natives is a very blue collar Canadian thing. First nations people don’t pay tax, so you can buy smokes and booze at reserves for like 25% of normal cost. Locally procured gear only. If you’re part of a tribe it’s even cheaper. Some tribes require blood proof. Other tribes require $20 per year for a membership. I may or not have been a first Nation member for a few nations despite being a honkey cracker
