I have found it so, and at least one professional strawberry grower (local) of my acquaintance swears by it. Others find the whole concept a bit woo woo, but you do you I guess.
I like the idea of having a two week (approx) time frame to get necessary jobs done for the right kind for the moon phase. It helps me avoid pruning madly in all directions right over the top of newly planted seeds, and allows mulch to mellow before planting too. This avoids mulch burn.

Every iota of my horticultural training knows it’s 99% woo, but I still like using the moon phases to structure garden tasks anyway.
