One year we got one of these and stuck baubels on it for an outdoor bbq christmas, looked pretty snazz. Looking up the link I found they do christmas themed ones too!
nah, just the lights. You can get a battery pack of LEDs from the reject shop for $2 and loop those around instead. Did that one year while waiting on a new bulb

the integrated light idea is appealing. my only concern is if they break the tree is basically rooted.
