Hmm well I suppose they’re required to provide a safe workplace. This may be part of that. Idk tbh I am just speculating. If you have been somewhat vocal about stress at work and too much work etc. i think it’s quite likely HR would want to check up on you

The last week or so I’ve been very vocal about it because of the work situation and stress I was accumulating and I wanted more support from work.
That might be what it is, especially since mental health is so hot in HR right now
