Ugh. I feel like to manage stress I need to reduce my time on the internet. It’s not good for my head to marinate in bad news.
However I spend so much time online not only due to physical limitations - but also because where I live is even more stressful and toxic and it interferes with my hobbies.
I’d do craft but I got really sick of it over the pando and I’m finding art a bit mentally rigorous.

Instead of cutting your internet use and trying to replace it with offline hobbies, could you add something to your use, like movies or TV shows? Watching people do art?

I know this sounds trite but have you tried reading more books? They are time consuming, don’t require much mobility and will get you off screens.
That’s a really good idea. I think my brain has atrophied though, it’s a bit hard to focus
