Instead of cutting your internet use and trying to replace it with offline hobbies, could you add something to your use, like movies or TV shows? Watching people do art?
That’s what I thought too but then I started watching movies that seemed interesting with friends and built it up. TV shows I still don’t really do but I managed to get through BoJack Horseman this year somehow. It helped to have people to discuss it.

Yeah probably. Tv and movies don’t seem to hold my attention as much but I’ll see what I can do
