    It might be a dirty filter problem.

    Not sure what sort of heater you have but if the filter is clean holding the power button for about 10 seconds or so might be able to reset the error code.

      I just read the manual, I had forgotten it doesn’t like cold weather,

          Same manufacturer as the McDonalds ice cream machines that don’t work in hot weather no doubt.
