So typically I find motivation to train legs challenging. A leg day is usually about 1 hour and 20 min (leg day just comes with a lot of time setting up and racking /re-racking weights etc).
Thinking about splitting that into two seperate days because it’s a bit easier to motivate yourself for shorter time.

I miss squats and deadlifts so much. Heavy legs is my jam. Can’t wait for the all clear from this surgery.
Why not do an upper/lower split. Keeps it interesting and spread out more.
Divide it into 5 days and do 20 minutes each lol
Alternate legs.

if you have the room get two benches/racks
