Yeah I committed to reducing my coffee for similar reasons, it’s equal parts solution and cause of the problems. Course I’m typing this with a coffee in my hand so you should completely ignore me. But hey, I didn’t have one yesterday!
About 3 months ago I started only having coffee when I went into the office (3 or 4 days a week). I don’t really notice anymore when I don’t have one, but I do enjoy it when I have one at work (and it’s free)

I drink a lot of instant while at work but at home I make instants and real ones.
I can go cold turkey and not have some for weeks as well but they can keep me awake at night sometimes.
