      The date is a bit of a giveaway. And I do not see what cupcakes have to do with it. Needs rats as a bare minimum too.

          Its probably describing the events and how it happened which is why it’s so long as opposed to being an answer in emoji if that makes sense.

        Fun fact. Germany initially tried to establish a colony in Venezuela but it failed, one of the reasons being many settlers mostly got wiped out by tropical diseases.
