I’m going to wait 2 weeks before approaching my manager again about the outcome of the raise discussions.

Have kept applying and have a couple more interviews next week.

Will have to be working outside office hours anyway, and the raise would make it worthwhile, but we’ll see.

    Fingers crossed.

Will it be worth it if you got the raise?

From the impression I got it felt like they were overloading you with clients and work.

There’s got to be a point where you have to tell them that you’ve been given too much work or too many clients to deal with?

Honestly, I don’t know. The raise would be life changing. I could actually buy a house a lot sooner.

I am overloaded. And I will need to work outside office hours. But everything has a cost. Depends what we want to sacrifice to achieve our goals.

In the least, it will give me an incredible ability to handle large amounts of work which I can take with me to another place.

Life has so many tough decisions.
