Without MC (medication) I had a real rough time sleeping. It’s actually fucked how much it helps.

I ended up buying a pouch of tobacco and now I’m having a sober ciggie. I told mein liebe to hide the pouch.

How else can I hate myself more? Suggestions welcome 😂

Edit: can someone tell me I’ll hop back on the wagon pls

you’ll hop back on no worries. It’s like riding a horse. You’ll fall on your arse again and again but what counts is getting back on.

smish It’s hard, and there’s a tendency to focus on the falls as the failure. The falls aren’t the failure. The giving up on attempts to ride the horse is the failure.

I don’t want you to hate yourself, I am however going to suggest putting on relaxation sounds to help go to sleep.

I do the rain/water sounds on low volume at night on a sleep timer.

💜💜💜 thank you dear friend! I think I fell asleep when the rain hit last night, so I will try the rain sounds. You’re the best! 😍😍

Those nitotine lozenges work pretty well for cravings. Jump back on the wagon. You can do it. I did and I was going through about 5 bottles of vodka a week in my last bender. I know it’s not that simple but hit me up if you want a sober buddy, I’m serious. I’m not suggesting for a second I think you’re an alcoholic or anything less than powerful but alcohol ends up a part of many facets of life and creeps. Having some sober people around helps.

I take a non habit forming sleep tablet, which is actually an anti-anxiety / anti-d, but in lower doses just helps getting to sleep and getting back to sleep when I wake up. I tried not using a couple of nights and went back to my normal less then average sleep pattern for what that is worth.
