      Force, I don’t mean to second guess you, but in my experience fried cajuns taste horrible. Consider bbqing them, please.

        Noted. Fried were pretty damn good so I’m really looking forward to BBQd Cajuns. Just gotta hope they don’t escape first

          This is what trussing skewers are for. Although a larding needle will do at a pinch.
