Same except mine was just bright with light pollution. I even went to a nearby park and still nothing. Maybe my timing was wrong or bad location. I will just have to live vicariously through other people’s photos.

in your phone’s defense, I used a camera at f/2, ISO 400, 1.6 seconds exposure. My phone does not have night mode and performed even worse.
