minus-squarebestusernamelinkfedilinkarrow-up2·edit-21 year agoRum and ginger beer. If your classy like me, you add a splash of lime or go super classy and an actual slice of real lime! Kraken rum and Bundy/Aldi/Kirks ginger is super refreshing. I just finished mowing; might have one for lunch!

minus-squarebestusernamelinkfedilinkarrow-up1·1 year agoI got the schnitzel out of the fridge and suddenly realised it’s been 15yrs since I cooked it at home, do you fry it or bake it, ended up doing both! Light brown in the pan and chucked it in they oven until it was golden. Turned out really moist without soaking up too much oil! Was really chicken and the variation in thickness was huge!
Going to cook some chicken schnitzel, maybe mash and veg, and definitely a few more beers.
