Chucked a lamb shoulder in the slow cooker with rosemary and garlic and left it going until the bone pulled it.
About to smash that down with some mashed potatoes and home grown beans!

Was a lovely 15° afternoon walk down the hill about 4:30pm and a not so pleasant 6° on walk back! Chucked the kids in a warm bath while I warm myself with a scotch!
Walking home past the local corner store and we couldn’t resist the alluring smell of the deep fryer…
