I don’t often get into debates about gossip, but when someone says a female actor/director/writer/artist is toxic, I’m always like were they actually a shit human or did they simply ask for the same respect their male colleague/s were getting or potentially did they even just act like a human being for five seconds.
I understand where you’re coming from, and it is tricky. That said, there are plenty of toxic men and women in the arts.
