There were repair cafes before covid, where you could take small appliances and learn to repair them yourself over a cup of coffee. Guided by a professional, and all tools provided. I wonder if they’ve started up again. Might be worth checking the CERES website or other organisations that care about repair/reuse/recycle stuff.
