Pasta is done. Apparently I am out of Parmesan, so had to use a grated cheese mix instead.
Contains lots of odds and ends, mostly eggplant, zucchini, tomato, yellow chillis, diced chicken, bacon and salami. Made way more than I was expecting, so had to upgrade to a larger size pan mid cook. Plenty left for the freezer.
Wow, that was really awesome. Good flavour, just a touch of heat from the salami and chili without being too hot. I am very pleased with myself, and very pleased there is more left for later too.

Probably the usual it’s Thursday and I’m too stuffed to cook so lets get pizza from our favourite local independent place.

I wasn’t very hungry but I did make some vanilla pudding which was nice.
Tonight I am using up whatever random leftovers I have in the fridge to make pasta sauce.
