Have just seen this, sounds delightful, especially with some chilli.

Hi. Long time listener, first time caller, I’m having a stock standard tuna mornay tonight and the real question is, what other things can I do with the leftovers? To try and mix it up a bit…

Use it to top a baked potato? Bring out some frozen pastry and get some kind of pie action going?

You could add some mashed potato on top with some grated cheese. If you didn’t make it with pasta you can add some cooked rice to the mornay. Chilli flakes goes really well with tuna mornay. So does corn kernels.

Leek Orzotto with asparagus, rocket, & hazelnuts. Super quick and easy, seasonal, delish.

Well MrsCalhoon is out doing the shopping and currently quite low on iron. So I’m thinking she might come home with steak. So I’ll do a creme fraiche mushroom and leek sauce with some greens and sweet potato mash on the side.

I tried Heinz Caramelised Onion flavoured baked beans. I have decided that they need to leave baked beans flavour alone!

Yum, love a god roast. Except the peas, peas can roll off and die in a corner somewhere.
