      Oh we saw it in person when inspecting (1960’s build). It was one of the big pluses for us.

      His Lordship has been doing homebrew for nearly two decades now, he’s over the moon at having a big ol’ area to himself, I’m pretty sure he unpacked his spiedel braumeister before his underpants once we moved in lol
