I’ve listened to all the Reacher audiobooks. The series are a pretty good adaption for cheeseburger lots-of-fun action. The Tom Cruise movies aren’t bad action movies but a core component of all the books is that Reacher’s massive.
Except on set, he’s apparently really good and ensures crews are well taken care of. It’s self interest, as he’s usually the producer, but at least he’s not exploiting workers, like others.
Be interested to see what a fight against one of them now that he knows what he stands to lose if he keeps holding back. Almost took his girl, damn near took his planet. Time to pull the finger out bro and stop holding your punches.
Last week’s was brutal. I wasn’t ready. This one looks intriguing.
Prime has been serving some bangers this year. Invincible and Reacher have been great.

I read a few of the Reacher books, and put them in the ‘Airport books’ or ‘Dad books’ categories. Enjoyable, but as deep as a puddle.
The Cruise flicks would have been better off being Reacher inspired. 5’6 cruise ain’t the man for that role.
I think Cruise is a decent actor but a twat of a person.

Him trying to keep being ‘the good guy’ is such a cool development arc. I should read the comics
