    Probably jelly slice but I’m not sure what it is as I haven’t seen one.

      Ok. Let me explain. It has a biscuit base like a cheese cake. The middle is like a panna cotta (like a really really weak custard made with condensed milk) and jelly on top. When it’s done really well, it beats all the rest because it’s not sickly sweet.

        Oh then that’s probably not for me.

        Lamington but has to have jam in it.

          If you’re at a kid’s party and a grandmother has made them, give them a go.

          Lamingtons MUST have jam.

            The panna cotta doesn’t really agree with me.

            I don’t like cheesecakes so lamington it is!

              I also don’t particularly like cheesecake. Bit then there is Roman cheesecake wich is more a whole baked ricotta as MF is fantastic, but a once a decade sort of thing
