Face coverings, certain flags and attachment devices will be banned at protests. [seemingly including disease-preventing face masks, but it’s left slightly ambiguous]
The government will also introduce legislation which would establish protest-free zones around places of worship.
Dictator-Dan memes aside, I’m not thrilled about the ongoing trend of increasingly harsh protest suppression.

Yet another excuse to arrest peaceful protestors. History undoubtedly shows that if people can’t protest peacefully, the people will start to get more violent.
