Currently on day three of no carbs, one meal a day. It’s office Christmas lunch today so I’ll be cheating on the “one meal a day” part, but going to stick to meats and salad. Feeling pretty low energy and had a headache yesterday but it ain’t so bad
Good luck with the OMAD. I’ve never done keto but for IF, can be a bit rough at first. One trick I found at first is if you stand up quickly and feel blood rushing away from your noggin (dizzy), hold on to something, lean forward, then clench your neck.

Congrats on hitting the dreaded ‘Keto flu’. It goes away after a couple of days and you’ll feel heaps better. The first week or so is tough.
Yeh I’ve done it before. I’m prepared with electrolytes so hopefully won’t be too bad or last too long
