    So a job that sounded really promising called a couple of weeks back and said “sorry, you are great, but we’ve found someone with industry experience, we’ll call you if anything changes” (not exactly a niche industry), but I’ve just seen that the role has been reposted a week later.

    Would you reach out the HR contact you’ve been communicating with and ask for further feedback regarding your interviews or just leave it? Wondering if there’s a way I should be bettering myself that I haven’t seen that they could point out (other, than, ya know, all of me), but not sure I should. I suspected by the end of the interview I was possibly being too informal/relaxed because it was such a good interview and I was feeding of their energy.

      Give them one last chance if you want to work there, then they can go on the blacklist forever

      I’m always a fan of reaching out. It takes the guesswork out of it.
