I watched a documentary on Netflix called That Sugar Film. Basically the creator ate “healthy” processed foods for 60 days. He put on around 10kg. It was very interesting to watch.
gees, I buy hardly any processed food for meals, I cook a lot, but I do have a sweet tooth for snacks
and yes, fake “health” foods like sweetened muesli are evil, I don’t eat them, just have traditional foods like toast with home made marmalade . I ignore any input that tells me eating real foods in moderation is bad.
So how did i get fat. I ate portions that were too big and ate sugary snacks.
