Hiya, as above. I have one guest at an up coming party who is GF and medically cannot digest meat. A few things planned naturally fit this. Most of the more filling items don’t. Cunning ideas?

Many cheese (suitable crackers), choc crackles, jelly shots, cupcakes, big bowl of grilled veg & mushroom, guacamole. The big cake will be out, but the smaller in.

Is pizza party food? We buy the Old Time Bakery gluten free bases which I’ve seen in IGAs and Foodworks. I think other brands also do gluten free bases but we go for the brand above because it’s also yeast free (allergy). I usually just top it with tomato paste and thin slices of tomato all over, a splash of olive all, a sprinkle of parmesan and seasoning.

Mini quiches with gf puff pastry? Or egg muffin cups if you want to leave off the pastry? Vegemite and cheese scrolls with gf puff pastry? Gf garlic bread?

Mini quiche is on the menu. I’ve got vegan pastry already. Trying not to get too much extra stuff for one person….

What about fish/seafood? I know people that don’t eat meat, but are OK with some seafood. That opens up heaps. Salmon anything is both filling and delicious.

Cheese and spinach quiche aka quiche florentine?

Pretty much anything mexican you can use beans instead of mince meat. So that allows tacos, burritos, nachos etc… Fibre in beans is very filling.

Anything that has mince meat is a bean substitute possibility. I’ve never tried it, but bean lasagne or pasta should be good. I feel like bean sausage rolls, or bean pies should be capable of being good too. Baked beans on toast done fancy lol

Asian vegie gyozu, spring roll, dumplings etc all great too. Maybe not so filling, but you can always make up with quantity!

Gluten Free Fairy Bread. Pretty sure there is gluten cornflakes so honey joys should be doable.
