Very runny beef masala over potatoes and rice. I added too much stock for the instant pot but it’s still yum

200g smoked salmon from the packet w/ kewpie, roast veg w/spicy peanut sauce and crispy roast tofu, Porridge w/cinnamon and brown sugar.

Slow cooked osso bucco with mash.

Cooking some potato gems at the moment. Might have some party pies and sausage rolls a bit later.

I have an unopened 10 pack of Hard Rated in the fridge too…

Lamb for Miniest and Mr P, steak for elder, and random veggies and mash. Just not in the mood lol.

Edit: Elder requested my ginger Plum sauce chicken, and I’m glad I made it… it turned out to be one of my best efforts.
