I made one of the best spicy bologneses I’ve ever made. I got the extra spices just right on this one.

Went over to a friends & he made Dorado [in foil] with lemon, chilies, cilantro [corriander], on the grill with some chorizo, asparagus & a caprese salad whole we played jenga and card games.
He’s a pretty decent cook!

Just cooked my usual home made nuggies, but Miniest requested they be spicy for a change. I added some Cajun seasoning to the crumb and Firelli sauce to the eggy bit. Also the crumbs were made of wholemeal bread crust, corn thins and BBQ shapes 🙌
Hasselbeck sweet potato with some smokey butter I got as a sample from the farmers market.
Plus black beans tomatoes, cheese, chilli and sour cream…
Plus the oven heats up the place nicely so I got to turn off the heater
