    Moderately stuffed nose when I wake up and a bit of phlegm in the morning since about March. It sucks

      is it that rock hard thick stuff thats caught between your nose and throat? I bloody HATE it.

        Yeah kind off. Not really rocky, but annoying. Just goes from the back of the nose to the throat.

        Really shits me.

        Appreciate the concern :) I did see my GP and she said it’s my sinuses. Not an infection, just a longer term virus.
