Brooooo SAME. “I cant sleep because I’m distracted because I crave a distraction because I should be asleep but I cant sleep so I’m upset and so I’m craving a distraction” was a real vibe last night
I actually did write out what was keeping me up, but I decided not to post it because it was the sort of stuff that would make everyone question if I’m actually ok, mentally. I’m fine most of the time, I feel completely fine on the vast majority of days, but there’s something about trying to sleep at night that triggers crises in me some nights
Can’t sleep. Doing that thing where I do the thing I shouldn’t do (thinking) because it makes me not be able to do the thing I want to do (sleep)
