minus-squareSeagoon_linkfedilinkarrow-up3·4 months agoI am so cautious but I am going nuts too, 7 weeks of rest so far, haven’t left the house except to visit the ER once, I have done close to zero anything except watch tv, most of the garden is dead/dying now
and here I am contemplating whether to go a shop , I;m worried I will make my back worse again
Doesn’t hurt to be cautious and let your back recover for a little bit longer?
