minus-squarebananafunguslinkfedilinkarrow-up3·5 months agoThat’s pretty much what I got very sunburnt doing! I threw off my shoes, and like most tropically raised Australians living in/visiting the south walked into water and immediately froze to death when I forgot sea water is not warm here.
Headed down the coast, and competed with the tourists. While it was absolutely insane, I’m kind of glad I went, it was super lovely and warm out.
