15 tortillas have now been made. I now know that it takes an average of 3 minutes per tortilla to roll & cook. Normally I only make a couple at a time, this was way more than I have done in one go before. I have gone a bit overboard for three people, but anticipate lots of yummy leftovers.
It’s pretty much just mixing flour and water to a dough, rolling out portions as flat as possible, then cooking on a hot pan. The difference in taste between home made and store bought is huge. It’s like the difference between a fresh loaf of bread from a bakery and three day old supermarket bread.

Whats the process for making tortillas? And is there a big difference between home made and store brought?

I’m gonna have to try this now.
