Unfortunately she needs a particular system that is installed onto the computer, that can be used on computers using windows or Mac systems but not the chrome system. The web based won’t do what she needs.
Edit: it’s some form of work from home system and has access to share drives etc
She could probably still get office 365 though right? The web apps do most everything these days.
Edit - also, pretty sure your could install the Android apps of word, excel etc…
