    I’ve tried that! the one I made had a cheesy sauce and mince meat through it. It was… okay I guess? But i never understood the appeal of soffy gems.

      I’ve got some Italian sausage I’m willing to sacrifice. The one that I watched last night had bright orange cheese so I might pick up some red Leicester. Hahaha.

        I think their bright orange cheese is an easy melting one - monterey jack or some such name. Not red leicester which is not the world’s best melting cheese. The orange cheese is sort of half way to processed cheese.

          Haha. I just keep telling myself it’s red Leicester over again.

          It could be cheddar, if it was orange. The partially processed cheese tends to be more your stereotypically yellow cheese.
