A work jacket which I removed the logo from has now had an embroidered tree sewn in its place to cover the damage from removing the stitching. Now I have another jacket I can wear over winter.
I’ve been topping off my aliexpress orders with sew on patches to get the free postage. I’ve got a few to add to my winter jacket. Progress flag, The Exploited, Electricity will kill You and the Nerv Logo from Evangelion.

Good option. My go to cheap item has generally been decals.
